Appetizer: Gallo Pinto Lizano – Fried rice & bean balls with a cumin pepper dipping sauce ( Costa Rica)

Salad: Pupusas de Queso Curtido – Cheese stuffed corn tortilla with traditional El Salvadorian slaw

( Cabbage, carrot, oregano, apple cider vinegar, goat cheese)

Soup: Kakik – Mayan Turkey soup with flavors of garlic, ancho chili & a hint of clove (Guatemala)

Palate Cleanser: Macua – Rum, Guava, lemon granita (Nicaragua)

Chicken Course: Baleadas – Chicken & chorizo with avocado & refried beans, Served in a flour tortilla (Honduras)

Entrée: Barbacoa – Shredded beef cooked with chipotles & adobo lime squeeze (Mexico)

Dessert: Sopa Borracha – Sponge cake, soaked in rum, sherry lime syrup (Panama)
